TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
A – Payment
In order to make your reservation, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the amount of the vehicle reservation in order to validate your reservation.
In the event of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
B – Rental Update (modification)
Modifications are subject to certain conditions:
If the amount of the modified reservation is higher than the amount of the initial reservation, you will pay the difference when you validate the modification. If the amount of the modified reservation is less than the amount of the initial reservation, no refund or compensation will be granted.
Please note that no changes may be made AFTER the scheduled pick-up date and time, and no compensation will be paid.
C – Cancellation of reservation
(J-… from the date and time stipulated on the reservation) You may cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
Cancellation on D-day: NO REFUND
Cancellation on D-1 to D-15: refund minus 40% of the rental price
Cancellation on D-16 to D-29: refund minus 30% of the rental price
Cancellation on D-30 and beyond: full refund minus €150 handling fee.
Please note, however, that no cancellation can be made AFTER the scheduled pick-up date and time, and no compensation will be paid.
D – Reservation guarantee
Your reservation is guaranteed until the scheduled pick-up time, plus a one-hour tolerance period.
Please be as precise as possible when stating your pick-up time, including your flight number, for all rentals departing from Pôle Caraïbes airport.
Please note that if you arrive outside opening hours, you will be subject to a “late arrival” penalty.
Penalty of €50 will apply.
Monday to Saturday 8:00-20:00 – Sunday and public holidays: 8:00-18:00
E – Early return
In the event of early return of the vehicle, NO REFUND WILL BE CONSIDERED.
F – Deposit
On arrival in Guadeloupe, a deposit of 800€ to 1500€ (depending on vehicle category) will be charged to your credit card (relief).
This amount is not debited from your account, but please ensure that this sum is credited to your account so that the deposit can be accepted by your bank.
We advise you to validate your deposit before your arrival in Guadeloupe, as if it is not accepted on site, the vehicle will not be returned to you, and no refund will be made.
